This was the best car purchase process that I've ever had. Especially since I was out of state. I sent a random email text inquiring about the vehicle & Alex responded immediately and was very knowledgeable, patient & pleasant through the whole experience. I completed the finance application online that night and made arrangements to fly out and pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving I felt the same professionalism & warmth from Alex. Then I met Jay in finance and he had the same warmth & professionalism as Alex. I was driving back to Nebraska 2 hrs after walking into the dealership and I thank Alex & Jay for making that happen.
