Overall our experience was exceptional. Our salesperson Tomas was excellent. He was very concerned about our needs and worked with management to get us the best deal! We purchased a new SUV that had an immediate mechanical issue but between Tomas and Derek the General Mgr they were able to get the situation resolved quickly. I will certainly consider purchasing another vehicle at Arrowhead Chevrolet!
