Had a great experience Saturday afternoon at Cadillac. We were greeted my Jim and he spent all the time we needed getting aquainted with the new electric model we wanted to drive. Jim even helped us working through the trim levels and color options. A five star customer service experience and more of a trusted advisor than a pushy car salesman but that seems to be his long experiemce in the industry shinning through. The sales manager was also fantatstic we had a great conversation that gave us a clear vision of the different options available to move forward. These new EV’s take a long time to get to market but they are definately worth the wait. I can easily highly recommend anyone to go see Jim for an easy quality experience worthy of the Cadillac name.
The staff here from sales to service are great. They took a difficult situation we had with a less than a year old car and worked together with us and Cadillac to resolution. They have more than earned our business and I would recommend them to anyone.
The service Wilson provided to us was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service provided. Receiving the video from Josh your mechanic verbalizing the necessary repairs was a new experience for us and a welcomed one. We have been dealing with another Cadillac dealership for 12 years for all of our Cadillac vehicles purchases and service and were completely satisfied until recent staff changes. We had lost faith in Cadillac until our recent experience with Wilson and Auto Nation. Your location is 30+ miles each way from our home however, the distance was worth it.
