2025 Cadillac CT4 Premium Luxury

I took my Escalade V in to Jim Hudson Cadillac to get the vehicles first oil change done. Let me tell you the experience could not have gone any smoother. The service department is spot on. They were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Jim Hudson Cadillac for all your Cadillac needs.

This was my first time going to the new Cadillac dealership in Augusta. I must say the customer service was exceptional. The service advisor Chase was very kind and professional. They completed my 7,500 mile service work order in speedy time as well as provided a complementary car wash. I give my experience a 5 star review!

Mickey was an absolute Godsend. While driving from FL with my two young children to bury my 19 year old who had passed away my air conditioning stopped working. It was already a stressful time in our lives and car issues was the last thing we needed. I scheduled an appointment online and showed up 10 minutes prior to. I was greeted by the Service manager and Mickey and they were polite and accommodating. When asked why we were in the area I shared the unfortunate news. From that point on magic happened, my children were given snacks and drinks and a comfortable area to wait. Mickey did EVERYTHING he could to minimize the administrative burden and got me into a loaner, unloaded and loaded our things and provided 24 hour access to assistance should we need it. This was such an absolute blessing and I am eternally grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and compassion shown.
