We cant say enough great things about Jim Bingham and Terry. We took in our Escalade for some electrical issues. Jim and Terry went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. 5 STAR SERVICE! Thank you for everything and we will be back if we need service!

I've found very few reputable car companies. Royal is the exception. Our service rep, Brian Martinez, was very helpful while we had a major malfunction on our sunroof. Even though it wasn't covered by the warranty, he took the time to explain the "why". It wasn't the result we wanted, we respected him for being up front with us about the warranty issue. Here's where it got tricky. When, I went to pick-up my vehicle, there was a crack on my windshield from top to bottom that was not there when it was dropped off at the dealership. Jim Bingham met with (DH and I) who explained the possible causes. He took the time to review the cameras to see that there was no damage to the windshield when it was left there. He personally assisted us to get a new windshield installed the same day. We are 100% customers. ------------------------ However, if you are unlucky enough to get Anthony Burgess as a service advisor, be prepared to have your integrity questions, be called "bro", say something akin to "There is no way we are going to cover the cost of the windshield". Then, he accused my dh that we brought the car in knowing that there was a crack in the windshield. He called my husband "bro". Then, he laughed in my husband's face. I really hope that they pull the cameras from the interior of the dealership to see the interaction. My recommendation, if you get Anthony Burgess, service advisor, ask for someone competent with customer service.

5 stars yo this dealership. I had a bad experience with a different dealership the day before I bought a car from Cadillac of Tucson. My wife and I were looking for a spare car and found an S series used at Cadillac of Tucson. I sent an email about a car and got a call back the next morning from David D. From the time I answered the phone until we drove off the lot we were treated with respect, honest and integrity. Jeff, the sales manager came out to check on us multiple times. David ran herd on everything from the beginning. Gene, the finance manager made the experience even better. This team has it together. Before we left the dealership, David brought my wife a Mercedes care package with some fun stuff in it. Keep in mind, we didnt buy a new car. We bought a used car and were treated like we paid 5 times what we actually paid. One of the first times I've left a car lot and felt like I would have still been happy if I paid more. Keep up the good work guys. Nobodybis doing it like you are.
