We had a great experience at Paradise Cadillac. We ended up getting a beautiful Cadillac Lyric at a great price. Christopher is the one who helped us and made for an easy and friendly transaction. Mallory from finance was great as well. Very pleased with the vehicle and the service provided and this is our second Cadillac we gotten at Paradise.

This review is coming from a happy and satisfied customer , pertaining to my experience as a whole with GM customer service from a knowledgeable , kind , professional salesman LANCE OROSCO who helped us acquired our second unit of cadillac LYRIQ after the buyback. The process was smooth, excellent customer service since 2014 when my husband purchased his silverado truck till present! One reason satisfied customer chooses to come back despite we had to go through buyback on our first EV … Never had a negative experience with anyone in GM family whom we dealt with during our multiple visits due to our car servicing. Look for LANCE when you needed help with purchasing your vehicle!!!

Hello JP it was good to meet you. I’ve had my car serviced here for years and always had a great experience at Paradise Cadillac and Chevrolet. I came in to get my car serviced and was not looking to buy a new car. But I knew my next new car would be an electric Cadillac. I had an amazing experience buying my car with Joshua Porter. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for from the beginning and did just that. Joshua was knowledgeable and very helpful about the process from start to finish.
