2025 Chevrolet Express 3500 LT Extended

We traded in the Sunday car for this beautiful Blazer from Hendricks Chevrolet. Sam was our salesman, he was courteous and very professional. The offer they gave us on our trade-in was more than fair. Very satisfied! Great service!

This was my first time using any services at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for my 2023 Silverado 1500. We purchased the truck new at Estero Bay Chevrolet July 2023. Everything was great. They even gave us a complementary oil change and that was great and now it’s come time for a second oil change and we cant seem to get an appointment without a 2 month wait and no one will return our calls! So we decided to give Rick Hendrick Chevrolet a chance, and your staff was certainly up to the challenge. I was promptly greeted by not 1, but 2 employees in the service bay before I could even shut off my truck. ALL of my interior was immediately covered before anyone got into my truck which I can say, does not happen everywhere. That showed tremendous respect for my property. I was then warmly greeted by my service writer who was one of said employees waiting eagerly for me. Jim Stamper was very professional and welcoming as I told him of my appointment for service. He got me all checked in, personally aquatinted me with your beautiful facility and complementary products and spent a few minutes chatting with me. Upon completion of my services, which was over an hour, but seemed like minutes because the facility is so inviting, Jim came and personally fetched me from your very comfortable waiting area where I was sipping some yummy hot chocolate and went over all services performed. After some very nice conversation, he walked me to my truck, thanked me for coming in and bid me farewell. Overall I am immensely pleased with my very first visit to your dealership and hope that this is the start of a beautiful relationship. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up and 10 stars for both, the dealership and my awesome service writer, Jim Stamper!! He is a true asset to your team!!!!
