I got in for my appointment and my car was immediately taken to service a leaking tire. The service was quick and problem was resolved within a half hour…quick!! I appreciate the simple messages sent to me from the Service Dept Manager thanking me for using the dealership to resolve my issue! Staff are friendly and willing to listen.

My wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle and found a Highlander at Newman Chevrolet. We made the 2-hour drive north to the dealership, where we were warmly greeted by Nick T. Although we didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle that day, Nick and his team put together a deal that perfectly met our needs, and we ended up driving home in our new Highlander. This was my first experience with Newman Chevy and it was great. I am 1.5 hrs away and the vehicle I was interested in sold before I could make it down, Avery kept me informed so I didn't waste my time and he was able to get me one from a different dealership. I was able to do basically everything on the phone or email. Nick was great when I got there 2 days later and I was out driving away in my new vehicle an hour later. Definitely would make the drive again.

Traded in a Chrysler for a GMC on 9/9/24! Greg Fischer, the salesman approached Us first with no pressure. We test drove a vehicle and they appraised our trade-in, We bargained a little, looked at numbers all within 45 minutes. We were deciding and left. Still felt no pressure. We decided to go through with the buy. We asked them to get a start on paper work while we were driving back. When we got there, James Spors had the paperwork complete with good explanations of it Again, with no pressure. The entire process from start to finish was under two hours.
