Despite not purchasing my vehicle there, they were all so kind and welcoming when it needed recall service. They allowed my very young puppy to wait with me inside and everyone was friendly and offered waters, attention to my pup, and got my truck taken care of quickly.

I was camping at a KOA in the White Mountains and had a check engine light come on. I called this dealership in the morning and Kathy had me in by 9am to diagnose defective DEF heater which had to be repaired or I faced possible shutdown on the highway while pulling a large 5th wheel camper. I had to check out of the camp by next day so this was very timely. Berlin City GMC had parts shipped to them by the next morning. They said it would be repaired by 1pm, but it was ready when I got there by 10am! I had other items addressed by Spencer while it spent the night, and was prepped for the DEF parts in advance. My entire experience with Kathy and Spencer was pleasant, professional, and the service was performed beyond my expectations!
