I had an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish with the staff at Cochran Chevrolet. I bought a new Silverado Trail Boss from the team. David was incredible at finding the exact truck I was hoping for much quicker than I anticipated. Gregory had all the paper work in order and ready before I got to the dealership. This was my first time in the service department, and it was fantastic. The service rep explained everything and walked me around, and showed me where I needed to be. I got a video text message while in the waiting room, and the mechanic took a video of the work he had performed. Shortly after, the service rep came and took me to see the dangerous RED head that checked me out and got me on my way. I was treated like royalty, and the work was speedy. Great job and experience.

Cochran Chevrolet is the epitome of efficiency. I walked in, met Caleb and told him what I needed. I went home to sleep on the initial deal. He and his manager Matt worked up a better deal for me over the next 24 hours and it was fair.
