2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV LT Extended Range

We purchased a brand new vehicle and were driving it home (Missouri to Alabama) when we encountered an issue with the engine. We were advised not to continue driving and found Royal Oaks to be the nearest dealership we could safely get to. This was 5p on a Friday afternoon, I wouldn’t want to be stuck at work either but the staff there were so patient and helpful. They had us pull the vehicle into the service department, even went so far as to troubleshoot some issues with my husband, staying far later than they normally would have. They were patient, kind, and understanding. I wish I had gotten their names but I was in our older vehicle with our kids. They not only fixed the issue but continued to communicate with us on the status of our vehicle. They followed up with the dealership that sold it to us. They followed up with GM customer service and, once it was fixed, coordinated with GM to get our vehicle delivered directly to our front door, nearly 240 miles away. We are so grateful for them and will recommend them to everyone. ??????????

Barbara was so kind and helpful. She called me before anything was done to my car to give me heads up and quotes, and answered all of my questions. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, and to replace a blown out tire, and all of the work done on my car was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent staff, service, expertise, and knowledge. I didn’t have to wait for answers to any questions, they matched me with a car that fully suited my needs, and worked with me to gain the best deal possible overall. I drove away happy. I’m still happy. Highly recommend. Full marks.
