I decided to do a out of state purchase on a pre own BMW.. I've never done this before.especially for quite expensive car (atleast for me) but jake the salesperson made me feel comfortable with the purchase. I did a substantial background check on the dealer .went on different online platforms and read every review and everything I seen was positive.. so i decided to go ahead with the purchase.. everything went smooth but then a big mishap happened ( nothing to do with jake) were there was mistake done from the service department.. jake and the managers made it rite and corrected the issue ,we're most dealers , atleast in my neck of the woods would of tried to get out of it .. they were honest about the mistake and proceeded to make things rite. So I can genuinely say, the team from top to bottom are honest and really care about the consumer and i would definitely do another out of state purchase from turanfoley.
I absolutely love my new Trax! The entire process at Turan Foley was super easy and relatively quick thanks to my salesperson, Kaitlyn, who helped me with the whole process. She was wonderful and definitely took the stress out of buying a new car. She was not pushy and was very up front and honest, answering all the questions I had. Definitely go see Kaitlyn if you are in the market for a new car!
