Millie was very attentive through the process of purchasing our new Silverado. She responded to the inquiry quickly, answered questions and provided helpful information to add a feature my husband desired. Millie stayed in contact with my husband and I as we drove six hours from Louisiana. Upon arrival to the dealership, Millie greeted us with a smile had the truck clean and ready for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable and willing to assist however she could. The dealership staff as a whole were professional and processed the sale of our vehicle quickly. To start off, Millie was fantastic! Super friendly and worked along side us from first contact and was the last one to say bye. She even went so above and beyond to bring my 5 year old breakfast and play with him during the paperwork. Amazing service! After Starting off great, The sales manager Cole came in and knocked it outta the park. The close knit team and small town vibes were great. No sense of fast talking to try to slip one by you. Cole and Millie walked me through everything and ensured I understood it. As for the detail crew, ehhh 2.5 outta 5 if I’m just being honest. Overall great experience, definitely worth the drive for my family. Will absolutely be doing business with this team again. Thank you again guys! I love the truck!
