Matt is a personable, attentive and fair salesman. I would say patient, as my husband and I took a bit to make our decision on the new car we were looking at. Bill, in financing, is friendly and easy to work with. We ran into an issue with the loan paperwork and the dealership sent a driver out to us with corrected documents. This was a 2 hour drive for them, and we certainly didn't expect them to do that for us. We were quite pleased with the way they took care of our issue promptly. I've never liked dealerships. I avoid them at all cost. I've wanted to trade my truck in for a few months now but the thought of setting foot in one kept me from it. We worked with Jared and he was fantastic. The entire leasing process was very easy. Jared communicated everything very clearly and made sure to keep us updated throughout the sales experience. We were greeted promptly by Jared when we arrived to pick up the car along with the finance employee, Ryan. Ryan was super efficient in getting all of our financials and leasing paperwork ready to go and made the signing process easy and it was not time consuming. I know Jared probably had to stay a little later than usual to wait for us, but it is small things like that which customers appreciate and notice. I cannot say enough good things about Jared, Ryan and Sid Dillon. They were all professional, personable and no high pressure sales pitch. There are a lot of car dealerships around the area, but this one definitely stands out from the rest. I highly recommend them!
