Nothing but 5 star service from this dealership. I’m a Ford guy from Lacey and decided to make the drive to Bellevue just to do business with these guys. Truck was as advertised, all staff involved in the sale, and even just in passing, were very helpful and fun to be around, and the facility made you feel like you were a star getting a new vehicle. Daniel, my salesman, was a fellow veteran and immediately felt like a friend who was selling me my truck. Very easy to talk to and didn’t load you up with the typical salesman nonsense. He knew I wanted this truck and made it happen for me all while making the process as easy going as possible. Andrew, the manager, talked to me more in my one visit than any other manager has from previous dealerships and, again, made me feel like I was amongst friends during the whole process. Dealerships usually make you feel like you’re losing throughout the whole process, but Andrew made the process feel like the buyer was in control and answered every question or concern I had, no matter how silly it may have seemed. Diego, the finance guy at the end, was yet again down to earth and really made you feel comfortable. I was well informed on all signatures required for the final paperwork and did not feel left out or as if I was signing things that I would later regret. All in all, amazing group of people with fantastic attitudes. If this Chevy dealership continues to have Ford trucks when I’m looking for a new one, they will always have my sale and you should feel confident putting your trust in this group.
