I just had what is one of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had in years! Recently my previous car was stolen and wrecked. It is taking some time for everything to be settled. I had a rental car but only for a few more days and my previous car was a total loss. I am on a tight budget. My boyfriend and I went to Della Chevrolet (the first of a few dealerships I was planning to try). We were met in the parking lot by a very polite young man. He told us he was assisting another customer that was on a test drive but brought us in to meet another salesman that could assist. We told him what was going on with my car situation. Got there late afternoon on a Saturday not expecting to necessarily buy something but find out options. Thinking maybe I’d have to go back during the week. I had something in mind that I wanted to look at in a used car. They didn’t have it at that lot, but suggested something else. Also they offered to have the other vehicle brought over. I decided to try the car that was on the lot. Took it out for a test drive. The salesman - Nick said if I liked it, they would see what they could do. I went home. Tuesday morning I got a call and everything was all set. I went that afternoon to pick up the car. They were extremely professional. Kept me up-to-date. And as it turned out, got me a better financing rate than I had on my last car which I had only had for a short time before it was stolen. I will give five stars each to Nick the sales guy And Sam, the finance guy. Both of them answered all my questions and explained things very well. Already planning on going back there when I need another car. ??????????????
