Ok, so I know this dealership has a bad reputation in the hi desert. I have lived in this desert 30+ years and have always heard bad things about them. From my understanding they have changed ownership as of three years ago. A lot of people are still having issues with them as I am reading! I as well had a an issue with the service department in 2021. When my wife and I were in the market for a car, she wanted a traverse. We both said we would never buy from Victorville Chevrolet because of their reputation. We only went there because driving down the hill was not appealing to me and we really only wanted to check to see if the family would fit. The wife went alone and met with D-Lo. She talked with him and felt comfortable. She left and we found the vehicle she wanted at another dealership down the hill. D-Lo was eager to sell a car and was willing to match the price to get our business. I will be honest we were still a little skeptical going there. When we arrived something felt different, although we were greeted by the normal dealership salesman. We were also greeted by the general sales manager. We knew what we wanted to pay going in there and I do feel like we were there longer than we needed to be. However, the conversations that were had were nice and all in all we had a good time. In the end they matched the price and we drove away happy! Thanks to D-Lo, Paul and Leo. We will be speaking highly of you based on our experience.
