I would like to start off by saying what a wonderful experience it was working with Candice on my vehicle purchase. She was very professional, dedicated to, accommodating and understanding of my financial situation, she went over and above in customer service. I was very well informed and updated on every step of the process. Rarely do you see that kind of dedication or work ethic, especially in sales, she never misrepresented any aspect of the transaction, nor did she overly push to up-sale me with options, but rather made me aware and recommended and I appreciated that. I have to believe that that kind of employee is the result of the Cindy, the owners Christian ethic in directing their recruiting process as well as the managerial staff she has assembled. Usually it requires a strong leader who sets the example by establishing high moral and ethical standards and policies, then passes them down and insures they are adhered to. My hat is off to Candice as well as Zack and the entire staff who made my purchase smooth, timely and pleasant. I hope to work with them in the future as a repeat buyer, goodbye CarMax.
