I felt compelled to add to this review because of the extra effort put in by Edwin, the sales rep. I purchased a vehicle from Commonwealth Motors out of state (NY), and they use a third-party service to handle out-of-state registrations. A week into the process, Edwin followed up and discovered it would take an additional 2-3 weeks to receive the plates. Taking matters into his own hands, he reached out to the third-party company, arranged to have the paperwork FedExed back to the office, and personally drove to New York. We met at the DMV, completed the registration process together, and received the plates. Edwin then drove me back to Boston to pick up the vehicle, ensuring everything was handled efficiently and on time.

This is a no nonsense car dealership. My family has been coming here for over 10 years. We always come back and we know the staff.
