I worked with Wendy Williams- Vehicle Acquisition Specialist and had one of the best experiences at a dealership. I was in to try to sell my Ford Bronco sport, unfortunately the numbers did not align at the moment but she was friendly, kind, and beyond helpful. She is willing to fight for you to get the best deal possible. If anyone is selling a car, look for Wendy!
I had a mysterious popping noise in my front end on my 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2. For some reason, in addition to when I turned the wheel it popped But also, my alignment would go out over time. I had been taking the truck in for almost a year trying to figure this out my service advisor. Mike has been very patient trying to work it out with me as well. The other day when I dropped it off the mechanic John at McKay Chevrolet really took the time to try and understand what was going on. Discovered that there was a bolt that was not torqued to the correct specification in the front end and he corrected it and the problem is gone. These guys did a great job tracking it down even though it was a tiny problem causing big issues were patient took the time to help me.
Mike Ramey is my single source servicing my Chevy pickup. Mike talks with the mechanics and tells me what needs to be done, and I authorize his recommendations. My long-term costs have proven to be low, so I follow his suggestions for service. This is my 3rd truck, and trusting him to be on my side has proven to be financially a cost-saving path. I think he is a great guy!
