Josh and Richard were top class from start to finish in helping me purchase a 2024 Elantra N! They kept me up-to-date with the status of the vehicle and were quick to answer any questions I had. When the vehicle was delivered to the store, they immediately gave me a call to let me know of it's arrival and sent over a handful of pictures. Before coming to the dealership, Josh informed me of all the proper paperwork I would need so that I was prepared. When l arrived at the dealership, the staff was kind and quick to help me. Josh and Richard did an excellent job at getting all my paperwork in order to get through the finance office. The finance team were just as great - At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision throughout the process. I kindly declined all options and wasn't pushed to reconsider. Before I knew it, I was handed the keys to my new vehicle just over an hour after arriving! Josh even followed up with me the following day to make sure I made it home alright and that I didn't have any problems. This experience was truly amazing and painless from start to finish!

From first contact to the final purchase (I waited 2 months for a 2024 Elantra N MT in the exact color I wanted) she kept me updated and made the buying process SO painless. Great service. Jeremy was excellent! He came all the way from South Hills location to Monroeville location to help us with a car. Had the car brought back to the South Hills when it was ready for pick up and the finance guy was excellent as well. The team worked hard to make sure our son could leave with the car even though we had hit a few minor bumps. I would highly recommend #1 Cochran South Hills and Monroeville!
