2025 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

Kevin was very patient and listen to what I wanted, every one I dealt with was very nice. This is the first time I went to a car dealership on my own and I was a little worried I was going to be miss lead, and over charged on what I wanted. This time is stressful for me due to I lost my husband December 2023, I was very comfortable being at your dealership. Thank you all

I went in to get a recall service and state inspection completed for my Chevrolet. Checkin: Was efficient and processed in a timely manner Waiting area: Is large enough to be comfortable with room to work from a lap top if needed. Coffee and tea are complimentary. Snacks are available from vending machines. Free wifi. Restrooms: Are clean and large, but only one person can use at a time. Service: Service was a no pressure environment to add "extra" things. The work completed for the recall could have been explained better by a technician, but not a deal breaker since it was a GM recall. People: the people who work here that I came in contact with were friendly Dog: there is a Golden Retriever who walks around and is very friendly. Gives you that local business feel for some reason. Overall: I would bring my car back here again if I needed service. I am attaching pictures of the waiting area. They aren't the best because other customers were in there and I couldn't get the best shots.

Everything worked well. We always purchase our cars from Luck Chevrolet and we have been well satisfied. I finally gave up my 2005 Malibu even though it was working well. My husband said 19 years was too long to drive the same vehicle. Our son is now driving it. It's a great car as I expect my new 2024 Malibu will be.
