2025 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

When I went looking for a vehicle that would fit us all, Jeremiah was there to help me. They just got the Tahoe in, went to take it home and had some issues, I got a loaner for the time my vehicle was in their care. They took care of all the recalls, all the issues I had with the driver seat, and the very back seatbelts. I got weekly updates when I called, the service staff is amazing, Mercedes helped so much, and now I have my Tahoe and my precious cargo is safe because they wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle with concerns I had. Jeff helped me to understand my loaner, john helped me understand I was important to them not just a customer, that my family was just as important to them as they are to me. Thank you so much for making sure my Tahoe was safe for my precious cargo I carry. I will return when I need another vehicle... Thank you so much, I have not mentioned everyone by name but know you are just amazing as those I have mentioned.

Been getting services and repair done with this guys for the last 8 years, service capabilities weren’t that good but seem to be improving quite a bit the last few years, Carlos has always done a great job working with the warranty companies and the service techs to get my trucks done in a timely manner, service bay addition and more mechanics would definitely help them out to improve the main issue that I’ve seen other people complain about, which is the holding time due to a constraint of vehicles waiting “in line” to get into the shop. Overall this service department deserves a 5 star rating because of how much genuine care they provide on their service and the lately improved timing. And yes I’ve tried Odessa, Midland and Lubbock Chevy dealerships.

I spoke to Jeremiah Gonzalez in Monahan's one evening regarding looking in to getting in to a more affordable vehicle in order to start school. He immediately called me the next day and had already found me a great deal. He worked quickly to find me something reliable. I got calls from Delilah and Vanessa willing to help me out. Nick answered all my questions and within 2 days I was just waiting for my next car. Vanessa was awesome and drove it to Fort Stockton. I love my new car and would highly recommend the Monahan's team.
