Everything was great. Good, prompt communication, well detailed explanation of services recommended with full cost disclosure to allow an informed decision. The only thing I would comment on is that at my previous dealership (Alfred Matthews in Modesto, CA) when I took my vehicle in for service, all the communication and service details were very similar, but the windshield was always cleaned (inside and out) and the interior was vacuumed. If time allowed they would run it through a wash as well. This was a service that did not cost me as a customer anything but allowing my vehicle to be at the dealership a little longer, but it cemented my loyalty to them and I would tell anyone who would stand still long enough about Alfred Matthews.

Bob Murphy, the service writer made me feel important and treated my situation as a top priority! I am so thankful for all Of his help, and also how quickly they repaired my truck and transmission issues. They found me a nice loaner vehicle when they were completely out. I feel like they all went above and beyond to make my situation the best it could have been. Bob was very good with communication through the process and even spent time with me after everything was done, making sure I completely understood everything. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

I can’t speak to their Sales Department, but I can speak to their amazing Service Department. I had a major warranty with my 2023 Colorado, not their fault, and I was looking at being without a vehicle for several weeks. After explaining the situation, the Service Department at Jerry’s was able to get me in and complete the repair after only a few days. The part needed the complete the repair was on back order, but they were still able to get fixed quickly. Even though the Service Advisor assigned, Amanda, was going to be out the day it came in, she coordinated with another advisor to take care of me, Dylan. Great job, Jerry’s! You made a customer for life!
