Our sales Linda was so kind and helpful during our purchase process. Before our visit, Linda went out to took a video of the truck in the pouring rain to let me confirm all my hard requirements are fulfilled. And during the test drive Linda answered our questions thoroughly and professionally. Even though at the end turns out there was a miscommunication and the truck bed is shorter than my requirement, Linda and the sales team took it very seriously and sympathized with my frustration, they took every possible action to remediate the mistake. Overall I am happy with my purchase and plan to go back for my dream car Suburban later on

The process was very smooth and easy to go through. One point though was during the test drive the associate riding with us told me that the vehicle had some features that it turned out not to have. Though I still would have made the purchase it would have been nice to know that those features weren’t actually on the truck then and not later on once I was home. The entire staff, especially Rodney, were very kind and I was never pushed or pressured into purchasing anything that I did not want. I am very pleased with my experience!!!
