I came in last Saturday to buy a new vehicle because my wife has Cancer and I have been driving a long way back and forth to Moffitt Cancer Center and wanted my wife to be comfortable and not have to worry about any remote risk of breaking down with her upcoming surgery and treatments. Our salesman was Garrad Moss and he was very empathetic to our situation and treated us like family. He got us into the vehicle we wanted at a great price, offered us lunch, and made the entire process very smooth. He was very honest in his dealings with my wife, and I and he even hooked our phones up to our new vehicle. He knew we were under a lot of stress with my wife being very ill and made the whole process of getting a new vehicle easy and flawless. Mr. Moss is a credit to this dealership and I highly recommend him as someone of integrity to deal with buying a car.
