Jenny was absolutely a breath of fresh air and blessing to work with. She was helpful and patient with me as I called her asking her questions of how about to go things. I loved the fact that she was honest with me from the very start. I also loved the fact that she had a positive outlook on everything, she worked with me around my work schedule to get my application in and when it came time to get approved for a vehicle that fit my needs and my financial situation she went above and beyond. She found me a vehicle that I could afford and might I say it is my dream vehicle. She was supper fast and efficient she gave the whole place a welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend everyone to come here to purchase their vehicles. With people like Jenny it actually takes the stress out of car shopping , she does an amazing job of explain everything to you warranty wise and everything that your purchasing with the vehicle. I took my mom along shes in her 50's and she herself said that she had never been so impressed with a car dealership before. So our family is completely sold on this place. This past Saturday we purchased two vehicles. If you have credit issues or bankruptcy I highly recommend calling and talking to either Jennie or Rachel! BOTH Jennie and Rachel worked diligently in making sure we got our vehicles with the lowest rate possible! Jennie has a personality that will make any room light up! The atmosphere was comfortable and upbeat! Mike and Eric in financing were great too! They got us in and out of financing before we knew it. The whole process, test drive, paperwork, finance, checking the vehicles out after they were cleaned and on the road took a total of 3 hours. Speedy fast and diligent! We had an unexpected need for a new vehicle. I spoke with Rachel Phillips and she was able to work with our needs and wants. She got us into an amazing new 2021 equinox.
