I have to say that Steve the Service Manager at the York Dunlap-Johnson Chevrolet South Carolina location, made our experience EXCEPTIONAL!!! My husband and I are new to the area and the day before Thanksgiving our only vehicle broke down. We had it towed to Dunlap-Johnson for repairs. Steve communicated with us daily, kept us updated on what was going on and what was wrong with our 2017 Equinox. We needed a new engine and it was going to be costly. He worked with us constantly, assuring us he would do all he can to help us get our vehicle fixed, at the most reasonable price possible. He kept his word, our vehicle is fixed and the cost was reasonable. We didn't have another vehicle and we live an hour away from the dealership, he offered to come and pick us up after it was repaired and take us to get our vehicle. He did this after working all day. This type of care and service isn't seen much anymore. Steve and his crew really need to be recognized for OUTSTANDING service!!! We are overjoyed with the work, the service and professionalism we had during this stressful time. We highly recommend them for any vehicle needs!!!
