I ordered a vehicle about three years ago with a different dealership and honestly got tired of the wait. As soon as I stepped in, the customer service was immaculate I told Hamid and Omar I wanted a vehicle that was in the parking lot and they made me an incredible offer I couldn’t refuse. It was prepped, detailed, and paperwork was done soon after I was off of work. Hamid was my main contact and showed me the way around the app and Omar made sure I had the best rate while working with Hamid to give me the best deal. Billy also recommended a shop, 408 Garage, Which handles a lot of high-end cars and was the shop that installed all my carbon fiber pieces. This dealership has great connections, fast turn around and excellent customer service. Even after I purchased a vehicle, they continue to make sure I’m taking care of. They made me feel like this was more than another sale and treat me like family.

I was inquiring about a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer and was contacted immediately by William "Billy" Emerson. Billy was quick in helping me schedule a time to come look at the car and was very flexible with my availability. We were able to set up a time for me to take a look and test drive the car with my family. Billy was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed and chill during the entire process. He never pressed or rushed me or paved me into anything. He was very upfront with us from the start. He simply answered questions and got to know my family and I better and had a strong connection with my father. Billy showed complete professionalism and maturity in every way possible in helping me purchase my first car. Billy's passion for his job and his attitude helped make the buying process easy and fun. Philip also helped us out in signing all the paperwork and he was a blast to work with. My father and him had a lot in common and it was fun to chat with him about some of those interest.
