Excellent service. dropped my car off at the appt time. About an hour later, they called to inform me of the issue. I gave them the go ahead to order the part. the next morning, sent me a walk around video before starting the work. (a first for me) 2 hours later they were done replacing both rear knuckles. The called the warranty and set it all up. All I had to do was go in, pay the deductible, and get my keys. very smooth experience.

You guys just have a really spectacular team. I've bought from you guys, and I've been having my car serviced by you guys for the past 5 or so years, and I've never had anything but positive experiences. My recent experience with your body shop was no different. Trevor took care of me and was so professional and helpful. I also interacted with the woman there (I didn't catch her name), and she helped me set up a rental. She scheduled Enterprise to pick me up and took care of returning the rental too, which made the whole experience so smooth and easy. I've bought and serviced with other dealerships in the past, and none of them have been as consistently impressive and pleasant to deal with as you guys are. Keep up the great work!

Service worked diligently on a problem That many Silverado owners have experienced ( trailer brake service signal). Thru diagnostics and elimination of various “could be “causes… it was determined to be the actual trailer brake controller module. It was ordered and replaced and the nasty reappearing signal disappeared. Colonial Chevy always takes great care of my truck!
