2026 Chevrolet Express 2500 Work Van HD

It was such a pleasure to be able to work with Jeremy at the Chevrolet of New Bern location. He is welcoming, knowledgeable, and punctual. He gives you what you ask for and what he promises. He and his financing team that I worked with (Scott) were not pushy by any means, and was very respectful of my wishes! Jeremy is down to earth and was very patient with my kids, as well. He seemed very knowledgeable in this industry which made this experience such a breeze. I did a trade in with my sedan and upgraded to an SUV with no issues. My A/C compressor died on me while I was on vacation visiting my Dad out here. These guys were able to see me the day I called them and troubleshoot the problem. They sent me an invoice with the recommended work that I could yay or nay as desired, with all pricing included. They were able to get a new compressor for a 2010 equinox delivered and installed the Monday after the Friday I dropped it off. It was fixed before the next 10 mechanics in town could have even taken a look at it. It was reasonably priced and the staff were super considerate and friendly. If I need to have any work done and my car is still drivable, I'm likely to come back here just for the quality of the service. I can't recommend these guys enough, I am super happy. It's already fixed and I still have a couple days before I need to head back. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Shout out to Kayla, she's awesome!
