Unlike most dealerships I've dealt with in the past, these guys do their best, they're super understanding and will work with you if you have any problems. I bought a used jeep from here that ended up with some issues after the fact, the service manager and gm are taking care of me, I really appreciate everything they're doing. They go above and beyond, just treat them as you would like to be treated, the golden rule, be good to them and they'll be good to you, they understand buying a vehicle is a commitment, not just an investment. Hands down the best people I've had the pleasure to meet, it's really like talking to family here with these guys. It does take them some time though, been about 3 weeks now and they're still waiting on parts. Thank you so much to everyone at Coughlin!

Excellent experience! Worked with Dale. Unfortunately, we were not able to complete the deal, so I did not purchase a car from them… I found a car with my preferred specifications elsewhere. That said, he could not have done more to try and help, and he made me feel comfortable through the experience. Spent a fair bit of time With me… Circumstances out of their control prevented the deal. They just couldn’t locate my specifics and narrow car spec’s.
