It was a great experience from the minute I pulled up. Everyone I encountered greeted me with a smile. It was nice and clean on the tour. Darlene checked and made sure I had a great understanding of everything and made sure I had her card if I had any questions once I left. Jason was an excellent person to deal with as well. I recently purchased a used Mustang Mach-E from this dealership and had an amazing experience. I reached out to them via email and Alex responded quickly and answered any questions I had. He took the extra step to make sure the car was charging to 100% while I traveled to the dealership and once there was incredibly kind and made the shopping experience easy and stress free (which was the complete opposite of other dealerships I had been to). Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was friendly and kind including Dion the finance guy who had us laughing as we finished up paperwork.
