Andy deserves special recognition for making what is often a stressful process completely straightforward. He was upfront, honest, and transparent from start to finish, and it was clear he was working for us, not against us. The dealership as a whole also made things happen quickly and efficiently, which we truly appreciate. This was an out-of-state purchase for us, buying from Florida and arranging to have the vehicle shipped down , and Andy’s professionalism gave us the confidence to move forward without hesitation. He worked tirelessly to overcome hiccups and hurdles with GM Financial and was responsive every time we had a question or concern. Everything about the process was handled with integrity, and we never felt any of the usual “games” that often come with car buying. I was very pleased with the service department. I was driving along the highway in the rain and my windshield wipers stopped working. I pulled off the first exit and found Universal Chevrolet. Obviously, I did not have an appointment by they were able to look at my car, get parts from Wendell, and had me driving again in less than 2 hours. I consider that a huge win!
