The first time we meet Mr Craig Cruz with his warm welcoming smile it was like meeting a big brother or long time good friend not a complete stranger seriously. He made us feel welcome , ask our concerns help us understand how everything is done , asked us questions that we should be asking him , took his time really made an effort to make us feel comfortable. At first we didn't know if we could even be qualified or afford a new car , but Mr Craig Cruz went out of his way found us just what we needed even afford on our low income. He truly went above and beyond . Guide us step by step . We are truly grateful we meet him today . For that short time today we gain a good friend and got our very own 1st brand new car .
