2026 Chevrolet Express 3500 Extended Work Van

My experience with Uftring revolves mostly around my sales person, Ben Taylor. I started looking for a Corvette over the winter as I wanted to find something before it got warmer and prices started to increase again. I live in Ohio and could not find very many in my area, so I went on Auto Trader looking at vehicles that were within my budget and that were not much farther away than a weekend ride home. I sent out messages to a handful of dealers and private owners. Some of the responses I received were somewhat unprofessional and lacking interest in my opinion, but I guess the fact that I was hundreds of miles away and couldn't just pop in to see the vehicle may have made a difference. Ben was very professional and attentive from the beginning, and long story short, we were able to get a deal done long distance. This was not easy being hundreds of miles away but Ben took the time to put up with all my questions and homework to help us get it done. I booked a one-way flight out to look at the vehicle and Ben picked me up at the airport, which was about 30 minutes from his dealership. Once I saw the vehicle in person, the rest is history! I want to thank Ben again for helping me get this long-distance deal done and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

I enjoyed working with Matt while shopping for a truck. He was very helpful and I like my new used truck. Looking forward to oil changes so I can check out their corvettes.

Tim in the body shop was wonderful to work with. We had glass damage to our Silverado and it was a mess. They did an incredible job and worked with us as insurance did not want us to use a Dealership and said they were too high. Insurance also refused to pay for us to get a new door (there is still glass in it unfortunately, but they did the best they could) but they were not going to pay ANY COMPANY to put a new door on the truck. Since that was the case and every other shop around was telling us a six week wait to even start on the truck, we stuck with Uftring. We have bought 2 vehicles through them and they have always dealt honestly with us. After getting the truck back we noticed a couple of little items, took the truck back and they are taking care of it, no problem! They did excellent work and except for the glass left in the door it looks like brand new. A flatbed trailer had rock and debris on the back of it and a big rock flew off and hit the passenger side window. It is a 2021, always garaged and only had 12,000 miles on it! So to get it back looking great we are so pleased. We may have to fork over the $1,000 insurance refused to pay to give us a new door but if we do it will be through Uftring!
