It was a breeze to buy my 2024 Trailblazer from Russell Chevrolet. I pass the dealership everyday on my way home from work at Lowe's North Little Rock. I knew I wanted a small SUV and low and behold the Trailblazer was perfect for me. Economical, beautiful, cool color, comfortable, quiet and very peppy for a smaller engine. I love all the electronic stuff as well. So convenient. My sales agent, Austin, was very easy and professional to work with. Keith in financing was great to work with too and it didn't take long. We accomplished most of the work online. I would recommend the dealership, which I have already done, and my vehicle to anyone.

I arrived at the appointed time. I was met with a smile and invited into the guest waiting room. I expected to wait for at least two hours, but that wasn't the case at all. They were done in less than an hour! Outstanding!! That absolutely made my day. My car was parked out front and waiting for me, Great day indeed! Thanks tons

I brought my Monte Carlo in for some recall work that the previous owners did not have done. I missed my 9am appointment and they were able to reschedule me for 1pm the same day. Mike in the service department couldn't be nicer. He is very professional, kept me informed on where they were at and explained why I would have to come back as they didn't have the parts on hand for the second recall work. He answered my questions in a manner I could understand. Keep in mind I drive a 2002 car and as he explained these recalls are years old. I will receive a call when the parts arrive to schedule another appointment. About a week from now. I had a follow-up question after I returned home which Mike answered. He is a long term employee and very suited for the job. I felt I could trust him.
