Cheryl & Tim made us feel like family. Of course, this was our 3rd visit in 6 months for repairs to 3 different vehicles. (For the reader: we were not at fault with any of the accidents). Cheryl is the Point Person out of the gate. She knows her stuff! Tim was our POC as the repairs took place. We were well informed (via text messages/website). Their quality of work exceeds expectations. Professional, friendly, outstanding customer service from beginning to end! Thank you Everett Collison for going above and beyond. Hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new vehicle! Derick Parker was my salesman and he is an awesome guy! I rolled up in there in a dirty truck last minute after making a deal over the phone! They gave me top dollar for my trade in and an amazing deal on a newer truck. I drove 3 1/2 hours from Tennessee and I will do that every time I need a new vehicle from now on. They made a lifelong customer out of me. Trust me, this is the best place around to deal with. Basically had deal wrapped up before I arrived at the dealership and was warmly greeted by my salesperson, Jacob Grubb, he had the vehicle cleaned and ready to show me. The dealership also placed it on a service lift for me so that I could look underneath the vehicle, it was a midwest vehicle! He was also very professional and answered all my questions.
