I drove from MD to purchase a vehicle at this dealer a bit over a month ago. The entire staff from the manager, to the sales rep, to the financial representative was a pleasure to work with. Their prices were great, trade-in value was reasonable, and the process was hassle free. I can't recommend them enough. I am a very happy customer.
I had my GMC Terrain in for an inspection and emissions test. The men in the service office were polite and knowledgeable. Once my vehicle was inspected, Mark from the service office came to explain all that was found. My vehicle passed inspection but there are issues that need attention. He offered to work on any of those that day or to schedule in the near future.
I hate car shopping with a passion. But I had a great experience here! Kyle, Allen, Danelle, and team were excellent. No pressure to buy, very accommodating, and I was getting ready to leave without a car (due to my price range) Allen came in to save the day. I now have the car of my dreams. Best service EVER! I highly recommend.
