Awesome experience. My vehicle had a recall that my local dealer told me had no availability on parts and no ETA. However I had two separate letters from GM stating an availability of parts and my local dealer still couldn’t seem to find any. After a few weeks of letting them try to figure it out I called up Bergstrom Manitowac and they informed me not only were parts available but they had them on hand. Recall done this morning and I was on my way. Brian and Victoria were the advisors I worked with and all went well.
