Purchased a new GMC Sierra 1500 3.0 diesel truck with this longtime local dealer. Love the truck, had a very positive sales experience (Misty). Taylor Motors and the great staff in the Service Dept (Eric) has gone to bat for me in every situation. This is my work truck and when it's in the shop - I cannot work. The Service Dept has - on numerous occasions - made the impossible... possible. They have gone above and beyond to get the parts my truck needed (parts have been in short supply lately) getting me back on the road as fast as possible. I appreciate the service. We received outstanding customer service from Richard Saephan at Taylor Motors in Redding, CA. We had visited a few other locations, looking at numerous trucks.. and the sales teams were extremely pushy and never offered any flexibility in the buying process.. Richard was willing to seek available options and helped negotiate a win/win for both of us, as we were paying cash and doing a trade in.. Richard was respectful and personable and very communicative explaining the vehicles capabilities..
