Fred did a nice job. The second truck I've purchased from Fred through Anchor Buick GMC. Vin also did a nice job. Both Fred and Vin provided good explanations of service plans and the vehicle itself. A couple of things were noticed during the walk around on delivery day that I know will be taken care of. A really great buying experience. Thank you.

My experience here has always been good, and I truly trust them with my GMC. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my vehicle had an issue that couldn’t pass DMV inspection and the problem is still ongoing with the OBDII. George and Trish are always on top of things, providing updates whenever possible and doing everything they can to help. Unfortunately, the issue with my car is still unresolved. George even reached out to a GMC-certified engineer to diagnose the problem, and after keeping the car for almost three weeks, the cause still couldn’t be identified. We eventually decided to take the car back, and George let us know that courtesy vehicles and rentals were unavailable due to high demand from other customers. While the overall situation wasn’t what I had hoped for, George and Trish were understanding, supportive, and genuinely tried their best to fix the issue. I appreciate their efforts and will continue to trust them with my vehicle.
