We were just beginning our search for a more capable used tow vehicle when a used truck caught my eye on Von Holzen’s website. Honestly, it was a bigger truck than what I had in mind, but it checked all of our boxes and then some. A few days later, I was in Ashland running errands and saw the truck in the lot and decided to take a closer look on my way home. That’s when I first met Kyle. Kyle introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. From the very start, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and low-key. I was at ease during the brief introduction. I felt he was there to help me out rather than pressuring me into a sale. I wasn’t expecting to find a vehicle so soon, but sometimes the vehicle finds you. Kyle made the whole process enjoyable. Our overall impression and experience with Von Holzen is that it is a well-kept facility with a professional, friendly, and helpful staff. We are loving the truck and look forward to bringing it in for its scheduled maintenance.

I took my truck in for service to Von Holzen for the first time. I wasn't happy with how the dealership I bought the truck from was handling issues.
