    I'll begin by stating that I can be quite a challenging customer for salespeople to deal with. If I sense any hint of deceit or manipulation, I won't hesitate to walk away. Our visit was solely to check out the updates made to the Encore; we had no intention of making a purchase. In fact, we had already made arrangements at St. Charles Nissan to wait 45 days to see the new body style of the Kicks. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tim McCoy, a salesperson who impressed us with his honesty and straightforwardness. Despite my attempts to cut the conversation short and leave, Tim managed to hold my attention. When I was finally ready to leave, he took the initiative to introduce me to the manager, who, along with Tim, made a compelling case for purchasing the car that very day. They went above and beyond, staying well past closing time to finalize the sale. I want to express my appreciation for having encountered two exceptional teammates in the automotive industry.
