Once again I find myself getting my Corvette serviced. I wasn't worried this time because I had service done here before. Like last time, all of my questions were answered my car was taken care of. When I picked it up it looked like it was brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for service.
Friendly and helpful….but been waiting over a month and a half to get my tag,called this morning (April 3)and it hadn’t been sent yet but other than that everything is good
Scheduling my appointment was easy. Riverside checks back with you confirming your appointment. When you drop off your vehicle the service advisor goes over what you are there for and had good 3-way communication. Did not have to wait long for an oil change, tire rotation, and cab filter replacement. At checkout the service advisor went over the service performed and confirm nothing else was wrong with the vehicle. I paid and the vehicle was waiting for pointed in the direction of the exit. Great job Riverside Chevrolet in Kimball, TN.
