Great service, in a timely manner with just plain old fashion people to help you through any vehicle repairs you have. The service department team were able to get my vehicle in immediately, diagnosing the problem, made the repairs and had my truck back in less than an hours time. Jam up service department. I’m so relieved that my car is finally fixed! Firstly, I want to give a special thanks and shout out to Mr. Terrence Polk and the management at this establishment who went above and beyond to fix my wayward vehicle lol. I brought my car in because it would run fine and then once you kill the engine depending on how far a distance I drove, it may or may not start up again until you let it cool for a couple hours first. I had this issue a little more than a year! It was really frustrating as I had already taken it to another mechanic who was not able to successfully fix this for me. I was at my wits end and after having taken the car in for multiple repair services elsewhere, I finally came to the conclusion that either I map out the shortest distances and deal with it, or start looking for a new car. I ended up calling GMC at Dossett and the manager was so attentive to listening to my history of this issue and asking me clarifying questions. I was really surprised just at this phone call. They seemed like they really wanted to help. The manager asked me to come in and said he was confident his team could help me. I met Mr. Terrence shortly thereafter. This man was so warm, patient, and attentive that I knew I was in the right place. He wrote down pretty much everything I told him about the symptoms of my car issue and went right to work. He called me to give me updates every step of the way and when I went to pick my car back up it’s been totally fixed! Thank you so much Mr Terrence! You have no idea how much stress you guys helped to unburden!
