I always have a fantastic experience at the dealership. Everyone is so friendly in a really natural, warm way. Their service department is always adequately staffed and well organized. They also genuinely seem happy to be at work! They have a very comfortable waiting area as well as a fantastic complementary beverage bar. Can’t say enough good things about West Herr in East Aurora. specifically, if you have an opportunity to work with Chris Guilmet, he will move heaven and earth to try to get things done for you, again, without acting as though he’s doing you some big favor like other disingenuous car dealership, people who just put on a show.

I just Purchased a GMC terrain Yesterday, March 29th. My Sales people were Nicole, Brandon, and Haley And for the Warranty Christian. They were all very knowledgeable Answered all my questions, and made me feel respected and not that I I was just a deal or an older person. If you are older, I think you know what I mean. It was the best car purchase experience I have ever had and there have been many. Also, best prices I received from all of the other dealerships I went to.
