I want to thank Mr. Kyle Williams by providing me a unique & well-exceptional online purchase experience. This is my first time getting a car online as I was having bad luck finding this specific trim in my area or anywhere in the west/mid coast. Thankfully it was confirmed the car is still available. I reacted immediately and took the opportunity to submit the credit application before anyone else does. After the approval, the next day Kyle followed up with me to complete the online purchase process and answered all of my questions regarding my car purchase. All documents have been signed through mail with no delays. Kyle also stated all vehicles on the lot passes through inspections so this gave me assurance and a satisfaction that I do not need to get it reinspected.
