Second time to buy with Steve Frazier and James Wood Motors - this time was even better than the last. I didn't think it was possible. This time, I drove in from a few hours away. I emailed and called Steve a few times before picking up a vehicle. Steve made it 100% painless. I was overheard by my daughters as I called my husband and told him this car and buying experience was 'stupid' as I was giggling and sitting in my new car. They asked what I meant. I told my girls that the vehicle was more than I imagined. Everything was amazing and awesome, and I really couldn't believe I was sitting in the vehicle I dreamed up and asked Steve if we could order. I can't speak more highly of this dealership and Steve Frazier. I recently drove my family through the ice in North Texas and this vehicle handled SO well. I am so grateful. Steve is down to business, no nonsense, get you exactly what you as for, pleasant as can be, and I just couldn't dream of anyone more precisely suited for the job of getting a family in the vehicle that they want and need.
