2026 GMC Yukon

Excellent service. Had a 4:00 pm basic oil change. Arrived @ 3:37 pm. Was greeted and acknowledged by the staff. Car was serviced promptly. Paid for the oil change and left car dealership @4:10 pm. Expected to be waiting, but it was a quick turnaround on a Friday afternoon. Pleasantly surprised.

Got a letter in the mail from Buick about my 1.4L Turbo Engine needing repairs via running rough. I brought it into Sunrise GMC and from the very beginning to the very end was a remarkable experience. From the excellent customer service booking a service appointment, to the service manager John's promptness and professionalism, to the quick turnaround of repairs, everything was a positive experience that was honestly unexpected and unprecedented based on prior experiences with dealerships. Everything was covered under warranty, even after they found multiple errors codes that I was completely unaware of from previous repair visits to Christian Bros. and fixed within a day and a half. I highly recommend getting any service repairs at Sunrise GMC!
